#Graf4Hobey
- For the second consecutive season, forward Collin Graf is one of the most dynamic players in the country as he's near or at the top of the national leaderboard in a lot of offensive categories.
- The Lincoln, Mass., native, a Hobey Top 10 Selection a year ago, is again in the running for the award. He currently sits second in the country in points per game, at 1.72. He's also fifth in goals per contest (0.78) and eighth in assists per game (0.94).
- 15 of his 31 points have come in the last nine games since the calendar switched to December.
CONNECTICUT'S FINEST
- The four Division I schools in Connecticut come together once again for the fourth rendition of CT Ice, held this year at Hartford's XL Center.
- The Bobcats are the two-time defending champions, winning last year's rendition 4-3 at a sold out M&T Bank Arena in Hamden. Quinnipiac erased a two-goal deficit in the third, with Jake Johnson scoring the winner.
- Sacred Heart won the opening version in 2020, defeating Quinnipiac, 4-1, in the final.
ALL THAT POWER
- Sophomore winger Alex Power made his impact in both games over the weekend, scoring the game tying goal in both contests at Colgate and Cornell to increase his total to three on the year.
- He deflected home a shot from the slot to tie the Colgate contest at one apiece before slotting home a penalty shot against Cornell the next night. The Newfoundland native has three goals and four points in 18 appearances this season.
CAREER YEARS AT THE BLUE LINE
- Four defensemen for the Bobcats are having career years offensively, as Davis Pennington, Cooper Moore, Jayden Lee and Charles Alexis Legault are all putting up their best numbers during the 2023-24 campaign.
- Pennington has set a new collegiate best in assists (16), while setting a new high mark for points (18). Moore has a career-high 12 assists and 14 points, Legault has a collegiate-high five goals this season and Lee has matched his college-best 16 assists this season and is one point off his career high.
CLEARY CHASING
- Quinnipiac is chasing its fourth consecutive Cleary Cup and eighth in the last 12 seasons as the ECAC's regular season champion. The Bobcats currently have an eight-point lead at the top of the table, with Union at 21 and Clarkson at 20.
- The Golden Knights have two games in hand on the Bobcats and the two squads will play each other twice in the final month of the year.
