2025-26 Media Credential Request Form
Please submit the following form to apply for a media credential for any Quinnipiac Athletics event during the 2025-26 season. All requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the respective game.
Completion of this form does not guarantee that you will be granted a credential. If, for any reason, your request is denied, you will receive an email from a member of the Athletic Communications staff to let you know.
