Fan Code of Conduct & Guest Services Guide – 2025-26 Season
Quinnipiac University is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at the M&T Bank Arena. Please review the following policies and guidelines prior to your visit. Failure to comply may result in removal from the arena and/or loss of ticket privileges.

Quinnipiac University is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at the M&T Bank Arena. Please review the following policies and guidelines prior to your visit. Failure to comply may result in removal from the arena and/or loss of ticket privileges.
- Service dogs for guests with disabilities are permitted.
- Service animals in training are permitted if accompanied by a trainer/handler for training or socialization.
- All other animals are prohibited.
- An ATM is located in the rear of the lobby near the men’s restroom and admin offices.
- Oversized bags, coolers, duffle bags, purses, and fanny packs are prohibited.
- Guests should bring only essential items.
- Exceptions will be made for medical or childcare needs (e.g., prescriptions, diapers, baby bottles). Such items will be inspected at entry and tagged once approved.
- Hand-held cameras for personal, non-commercial use are permitted.
- Professional cameras, video cameras, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and lighting equipment are not permitted, unless pre-approved by the Sports Information Director with an official media credential.
- Flash photography is not allowed.
- Concession stands are located in the arena lobby.
- Concessions are cashless – credit/debit cards and mobile payments are accepted.
- Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Arena doors open 60 minutes prior to game time for all Basketball and Women’s Ice Hockey Game. Doors will open 90 minutes prior to game time for Men’s Ice Hockey. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid congestion and enjoy pre-game activities.
- Elevator service is available for guests with special accommodations to access upper levels of the arena.
- Re-entry is not permitted once a guest leaves the arena. Exceptions may be made in the event of an emergency; please see an Event Team member before exiting.
- Offensive, profane, or abusive language, disruptive behavior, intoxication, harassment, or discrimination of any kind (including racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise derogatory remarks) will not be tolerated.
- Entering the playing surface, throwing objects, or interfering with the event in any way is strictly prohibited.
- Violators may be ejected and subject to arrest. Season ticket privileges may be revoked for repeated or severe violations.
- Medical staff and EMTs are on site for all events. Guests requiring assistance should notify the nearest Event Staff or Usher immediately.
- Lost items may be turned in or claimed at the Box Office in the main lobby.
- Children who are separated from their parents/guardians will be escorted to the AMR First Aid Room in the main lobby, located next to the women’s bathroom.
- Media check-in and Will Call are located at the main lobby entrance. Proper identification is required.
- Parking lots open 3 hours prior to games.
- Tailgating is permitted directly behind each vehicle but must not obstruct traffic aisles or other parking spaces.
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited in all parking areas.
- Box trucks, open fires (charcoal/wood), amplified music, generators, and oversized furniture are not permitted.
- Gas grills (20 lb. propane max) and small pop-up tents are allowed if space permits.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up their area; trash must be bagged and disposed of in designated dumpsters.
- Official Quinnipiac Bobcats merchandise is available at the Campus Bookstore or mobile stand at the top of section 117 (hockey) or 104 (basketball).
- Alcohol, weapons, laser pointer, outside food or beverage, pets, oversize bags, noisemakers, drones, and tobacco/vaping products.
- Safety netting has been provided for your protection. However, hockey pucks tend to leave the playing area. To avoid potential injury, please stay alert at all times throughout the hockey game.
- M&T Bank Arena and all Quinnipiac University facilities are smoke-free and tobacco-free. Use of e-cigarettes or vaping devices is also prohibited.
- All guests, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry.
- Tickets cannot be refunded or reissued if lost or stolen.
- Tickets may be revoked if a guest violates arena policies.
- Water fountains are located throughout the concourse near restrooms or in the main lobby.
