Nationally-ranked No. 16 Quinnipiac men's ice hockey will face Union on Saturday, Nov. 11 at 7:30 p.m. at Messa Rink in Schenectady, New York. Quinnipiac enters Saturday's game with an overall record of 3-4-1 including a 0-3-0 record in ECAC Hockey play while Union is 6-6-0 overall and 4-1-0 in league play.

THE BOBCATS' LAST TIME OUT
• Quinnipiac is coming off a 5-3 loss to RPI on Friday night.
• The Bobcats offense was powered by goals from Landon Smith, Chase Priskie and Craig Martin.
• Martin and Priskie also had an assist in the game while Odeen Tufton passed out two assists.
• Smith's goal was the 40th of his career, making him the 29th player in Quinnipiac history to reach the mark and the first since Travis St. Denis in 2015-16.

• Freshman Odeen Tufto currently leads Quinnipiac in assists (7) and points (10) and featured a five-game scoring streak through the first five games of the season.
• Tufto's scoring streak was the longest for a freshman to start his collegiate career since Chase Priskie tallied a point in six-straight games in 2014.
• Tufto is also one of three freshman in NCAA Division I men's ice hockey with four multiple-point games this season.
• Against Vermont, Tufto scored twice, including the overtime game-winner in a 3-2 win at home. The last Quinnipiac freshman to score an overtime game-winning goal was Ben Nelson against Army on Jan. 28, 2005.

• Tanner MacMaster (Calgary, Alberta) accumulated all bt last night's points in the Bobcats' three-game unbeaten streak prior to last weekend, with two goals and four assists for six points in that span.
• MacMaster set-up Tufto's game-winner against Vermont and also scored the game-winning goal in the Bobcats' 6-4 win at Northeastern.
• MacMaster is coming off a junior season in which he scored a career-high eight goals, while also picking up 11 assists for 19 points in 32 games.
• For his career, MacMaster has accumulated 19 goals and 39 assists for 58 points.

• Alex Whelan (Ramsey, New Jersey) checks in with a team-leading four goals, to go along with one assist, for five points.
• The second-year Bobcat has scored in four of Quinnipiac's five games this season for the Bobcats and has a point in eight of his last 12 games dating back to last season.

• Smith is one of five active players in NCAA Division I hockey with 100 career points while his 40 career goals rank 10th and his 61 career assists rank sixth.
• His 11 career game-winning goals lead all NCAA skaters while his 129 career games played is also the longest active streak in NCAA hockey.

• Karlis Cukste (Riga, Latvia) scored his second goal of the season in the Bobcats' loss to Colgate.
• Cukste found the box score in the Bobcats' weekend series at Northeastern, totaling a goal and two assists.
• Cukste currently checks in with a team-leading 16 blocked shots to date good for fifth in ECAC Hockey, while his 2.40 blocks-per-game rank second.
