Before Quinnipiac:
Spent the last three seasons playing in the Alberta Junior Hockey League for the Camrose Kodiaks … He compiled 90 points for the Kodiaks since the 2011-12 season, including his 40-point season (11 goals, 29 assists) in 48 games in 2013-14 … Named the AJHL Rookie of the Year in 2012-13 where he registered 48 points (24 goals, 24 assists) in 54 games played … Before his time with Camrose, MacMaster started for the Calgary Bisons Bantam AAA in the Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League (AMBHL) … In two full seasons with the Bisons, he tallied 39 points (18 goals, 21 assists) in 2009-10 and followed that up with a monster 92-point season (49 goals, 43 assists) in 2010-11 … Also helped lift Calgary to the AMBHL Bantam Championship in 2010-11.
