No. 9 Bobcats Tie Yale

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The No. 9 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team fought to a 1-1 tie with Yale on Saturday afternoon.
The Bulldogs lead after the first, scoring halfway through the first frame. Felicia Frank made eight saves in the period to keep the Bobcats within a goal.
Just over six minutes into the second, Taylor Brueske dropped a pass to Kathryn Stockdale who shot it towards the slot finding Brueske's stick for a tip-in goal to tie the game at one.
Despite trading chances, neither team scored in the third period or overtime, thanks to Felicia Frank's nine saves over the 25 minutes.

QU will welcome to Hamden No. 3 Clarkson and No. 6 St. Lawrence next weekend with both games at M&T Bank Arena.
