
#9/9 Bobcats Dominate Dartmouth on the Road

HANOVER, N.H. – The No. 9/9 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team dominated the Dartmouth Big Green on Friday afternoon in a 7-2 win. Three different Bobcats tallied two goals and 10 skaters recorded at least one point. Quinnipiac scored the most goals this season since the team's 9-1 win over LIU on Oct. 1, 2021.
The Bobcats out shot the Big Green 48 to 20 and earned the team's 12th ECAC Hockey victory, picking up three points. Alexa Hoskin recorded a career-high four points in the win, and Lexie Adzija, Sadie Peart and Maya Labad all scored twice.

- (1:52, 1st period, EV) – Quinnipiac 1, Dartmouth 0: The Bobcats scored early in the first period on the break. Sadie Peart found Alexa Hoskin at the blue line. Hoskin skated to the net and shot at Dartmouth's Hannah Humphries. Maya Labad was there to tap in the rebound.
- (13:19, 1st period, PP) – Quinnipiac 1, Dartmouth 1: The Big Green scored a power play goal to tie the game in the first period. Lauren Messier shot from inside the left circle past Corinne Schroeder, and CC Bowlby tallied the assist.
- (14:52, 1st period, EV) – Quinnipiac 2, Dartmouth 1: Labad scored her second goal of the game after Hoskin recovered the puck in the Bobcats' offensive zone off a turnover. She sent the puck into the slot, and Labad shot it first time past Humphries.
- (1:35, 2nd period, EV) – Quinnipiac 3, Dartmouth 1: Sadie Peart tallied her second point of the day with a goal scored in the second period. Hoskin retrieved the puck in the neutral zone and found Labad racing towards the net. Labad sent the puck to the left side with Peart skating in, and Peart scored past Humphries.
- (8:37, 2nd period, EV) – Quinnipiac 4, Dartmouth 1: Nina Steigauf caused a turnover in the Big Green's defensive zone and sent the puck to Lexie Adzija at the right circle. Adzija skated in past a Big Green defender and sent the puck top shelf past Humphries.
- (12:19, 3rd period, PP) – Quinnipiac 5, Dartmouth 1: Taylor House added a power play goal for Quinnipiac with a wrap-around goal almost halfway through the final period. Cooper and Mobley tallied assists on the goal.
- (14:53, 3rd period, EV) – Quinnipiac 5, Dartmouth 2: The Big Green scored a second goal off a turnover by the Bobcats. Tiffany Hill skated by herself through the neutral zone and beat the on-coming Quinnipiac defenders towards the net, and scored past Schroeder.
- (15:22, 3rd period, EV) – Quinnipiac 6, Dartmouth 2: Peart tallied her second goal of the day on a long break out. She shot the puck from the top of the circle and got her own rebound and shot it past Humphries.
- (18:25, 3rd period, PP) – Quinnipiac 7, Dartmouth 2: Lexie Adzija recorded her second goal of the day on the power play. Maddy Samoskevich shot the puck on net, and Adzija was in a good position in the slot to bury the rebound.

- Quinnipiac out shot Dartmouth 48-20, which is the second-most shots on goal for the Bobcats this season.
- The Bobcats went 2-4 on the power play, and Dartmouth went 1-2.
- Quinnipiac posted a 65% face off winning percentage. Adzija led the team with 18 individual wins.
