The Quinnipiac University field hockey team will travel to Easton, Pa. to face Lafayette in a non-conference match-up on Monday, Oct. 23 at 6:05 p.m. Quinnipiac is currently 5-11 overall, including a 3-3 record in the BIG EAST, while Lafeyette is 6-8 overall and 2-2 in the Patriot League.

The Bobcats are coming off a 1-0 shutout against Temple on Friday, Oct. 20 at the Quinnipiac Field Hockey Stadium in Hamden, Conn.
After the Bobcats' trip to Lafayette on Monday, Oct. 23, the Bobcats will host UConn for their regular-season finale on Friday, Oct. 27 at 3 p.m. at the Quinnipiac Field Hockey Stadium.

Quinnipiac Field Hockey is committed to running "Yards for Yeardley" this season.
In 2010, Yeardley Love, a women's lacrosse player at University of Virginia and a Bethesda, Md.-area native was beaten to death by her ex-boyfriend. Her story touched thousands, bringing light to the increasingly serious issue of relationship abuse.
The Yards for Yeardley project works to empower communities, especially young female athletes, to speak up and speak out against relationship abuse. The One Love Foundation encourages teams to walk, run, or sprint yards to raise awareness for relationship abuse.
During each of Quinnipiac's ten home games QU Field Hockey will track their Yards for Yeardley. Please join us in raising awareness for relationship abuse by attending one of our games and support this worthy cause, any donation is appreciated!

- Marisa Larkin (Saratoga Springs, New York) scored her first career goal to provide the Bobcats with all they fire power they needed in the win.
- Michelle Federico (Cheshire, Connecticut) set-up Larkin for her team-leading sixth assist of the year, while she also runs her point streak to three games.
- Livy Golini (York, Maine) posted her second career shutout, and second shutout in BIG EAST play this season, with a four-save outing against the Owls.
- Federico leads the Bobcats in assists (6) and points (16). Federico's goal total (5) and points are career highs, while her seven assists in 2015 were her career-high.
- Lauren Belskie (Hillsborough, New Jersey) entered the season with seven career goals, with her three goals – in 2015 and 2016 – sitting as career-highs. Belskie doubled her previous seasons totals and ranks as the team's leader with six goals to date. The Bobcats' senior has also added two assists for 14 career points, also a career high.
- Dayna Barlow (Port Elizabeth, South Africa) has scored four goals and assisted on four more for 12 points, while her four assists sit as her career-high. Barlow now has 18 goals (T13th all-time) and 14 assists (T11th) as she stands as the 11th player in program history to reach 50 career points.
- 12 different Quinnipiac student-athletes have registered a point this season, the most since 2014 when 13 players picked up a point.
