The Big Green fall below .500 with the loss to 4-5-2 (4-2-2 ECAC Hockey). Baumgardt's two goal effort was her first career two-goal game, and the Bobcats' defenseman added an assist to give her the first three point game of her career. Baumgardt's two goals were also her first two of the season. Prior to Baumgardt's three point outburst, Regan Boulton was the last Bobcats' defenseman to record three points back on Oct. 12, 2012 against the Maine Black Bears.

Cianfarano scored her 16th goal of the season to increase her conference lead as she scored her eighth goal in the past six games. Cianfarano also added an assist to give her nine on the season and boost her season point total to 25, which ranks second in the conference.
Tamberg's goal was her first of the season and just the third of her career. Tamberg's last goal came during her sophomore season when she scored in the Bobcats 8-0 win over RIT on Nov. 29, 2013. Tamberg also added an assist for her first multiple point game of the season and second of her career, with her only other multiple-point game coming on Oct. 18, 2014 against Maine. Marcon recorded her second career multiple-point game with a goal and an assist against the Big Green to give her five points on the season.

The Bobcats continued their impressive play on special teams as they killed off all seven penalties they were whistled for, increasing the team's penalty kill percentage to 93.8 percent. Quinnipiac also went three for five on the power play, their most power play goals in a game this season to bring their power play back up to 19.2 percent.
Tamberg gave the Bobcats a 1-0 lead just 3:39 with their first of two power play goals and the Bobcats never looked back. After Tamberg moved up into the zone with a shot that went wide, Brown collected the rebound behind the net and skated the puck to Baumgardt at the right point. Baumgardt then worked the puck to the left point for Tamberg where she rifled a one-timer high past Dartmouth goaltender Robyn Chemago's blocker for the goal.
The Bobcats doubled their lead on their second power play goal of the game with 10:55 remaining in the first period to make it 2-0. After working the puck around the zone, Tamberg passed the puck to Baumgardt at the point. Baumgardt worked the puck to her right down to Brown in the right face-off circle before Brown quickly passed it back up to Baumgardt at the point. Baumgardt set up and shot the puck off Ailish Forfar's stick and past Chemago for her first goal of the season.
Cianfarano continued her scoring streak late in the first period on the Bobcats first even strength goal of the game with 23.7 seconds left to give the Bobcats a commanding 3-0 lead. Tamberg started the rush behind the Bobcats goal with a pass through the defensive zone to Woods in the neutral zone, where she touched the puck to Connery along the right boards near the offensive blue line. Connery skated into the offensive zone before firing a pass across the zone to a wide open Cianfarano. Cianfarano skated into the low slot before rocketing the puck through Chemago's five-hole.
Quinnipiac picked up in the second period right where they left off in the first when Baumgardt recorded her second power play goal of the game to make it 4-0 in favor of the Bobcats with 12:51 remaining in the period. Woods' pass across the offensive zone did not have a lot of gas and was poked out of the zone by Dartmouth's Tess Bracken. Baumgardt chased down the puck at the red line and circled around and skated into the offensive zone. Baumgardt then skated into the slot and sniped a shot top shelf past Chemago's blocker.
Marcon put the Bobcats up 5-0 just 1:16 later with her third goal of the season, and first at home. The puck was tied up behind Dartmouth's goal before Raquel Pennoyer (Rehoboth, Massachusetts) came away with the puck and backhanded a pass to Lantz from left corner. Lantz skated into the left face-off circle before dumping the puck below the end line where it was chased down by Greco. Greco's wraparound shot was saved by Chemago's pad but Marcon was positioned perfectly on top of the crease where she banged the puck into the wide open left side of the net.
Dartmouth got a goal back midway through the second period when Meghan Turner (Bedford, New Hampshire) tried to clear the puck but it was knocked down by Lindsey Allen in the neutral zone. Laura Stacey chased down the loose puck and skated into the offensive zone one on one with Rossman and blasted the shot past Rossman's glove to cut the Bobcats' lead to 5-1.
Samoskevich regained the Bobcats five goal lead with a late goal in the second period to give Quinnipiac a 6-1 lead. As Chemago played the puck behind her own goal and tried to wrap it around the right boards but Samoskevich got a puck to it to keep it in the zone. After a quick battle, she shifted the puck to Cianfarano who then dropped the puck back off to Samoskevich in the right face-off circle before getting checked to the ice. Samoskevich skated close to the slot before firing a wrist shot low past Chemago's glove for the goal.
Samoskevich added her second goal of the game 3:20 into the third period to give the Bobcats a 7-1 lead over the Big Green for their most goals in a game this season.
