-Only went to the penalty box twice during the whole season

As a Freshman in 2013-14:
-Was an immediate contributor in her first season with the Bobcats as she totaled 25 points (13 goals, 12 assists) to go along with a +25 plus/minus rating
-She also contributed two power-play goals and two game-winning tallies while committing just five penalties for 10 minutes throughout the 2013-14 campaign
-Named ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week three times (Oct. 8, Oct. 22 and Feb. 4) which was just one behind Yale’s Phoebe Staenz for the most in the conference
-Her 25 points tied for the 4th-highest single-season total in program history for Quinnipiac freshman
-Combined forces with Kelly Babstock and Shiann Darkangelo to equal one of the highest scoring top forward lines in the country
-Among the nation’s highest scoring freshmen all season, Woods never fell out of the Top 15 in the country in terms of points per game among first-year skaters
-Finished with the highest-rated plus/minus among ECAC Hockey rookies with a +12, four points higher than the next-closest freshman
-Among the conference’s top 15 freshmen scorers, Woods tied for the third-fewest penalties and penalty minutes
-Finished as the 3rd-highest scoring freshmen in the ECAC Hockey but she led the league in terms of points per game among first-year skaters (0.68) as well as goals (13)
-Posted three different five-game scoring streaks throughout the 2013-14 season starting with one in October that aided significantly in Woods being named ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Month
-Woods started with her first two career goals, including the game-winner, in a 3-1 come-from-behind victory at St. Cloud State on Oct. 5
-Picked up three points against Penn State in a weekend series on Oct. 11 (one assist) and Oct. 12 (one goal, one assist)
-Exploded for four points in two games at Maine on Oct. 18 (one goal, one assist) and Oct. 19 (two assists)
-Assisted on a power-play goal at Dartmouth on Oct. 26
-Finished with her fifth multi-point game of the season with one goal and one assist against Colgate on Nov. 1
-Poked home the game-winning goal in a Nov. 8 road matchup against Brown
-Started her second five-game scoring streak at the 2013 Nutmeg Classic with two points (one goal, one assist) and a +3 plus/minus in two games against RIT (Nov. 29) and Yale (Nov. 30)
-Continued her scoring streak against Union (one assist) on Dec. 6, Rensselaer (one goal) on Dec. 7 and at Princeton (one assist) on Jan. 7
-Struck for one goal in back-to-back home games against Dartmouth (Jan. 31) and No. 3/5 Harvard (Feb. 1)
-Ended the season on a high note with points in five straight games starting with one goal at home against Brown on Feb. 15
-Picked up a big goal on the road in the Bobcats’ come-from-behind 2-1 victory over No. 3 Cornell on Feb. 21

-Picked up her first career postseason goal in Game One of the ECAC Hockey Quarterfinals against St. Lawrence on Feb. 28
-Continued her strong play in the playoffs with her first career postseason assist on Mar. 1 in the series-clinching Game Two victory over St. Lawrence on Mar. 1.
Before Quinnipiac:
-Graduated from the Paris District High School in 2013 after a stellar athletic career in which she participated in various sports including varsity hockey, volleyball, junior basketball, soccer, tennis, track and field, badminton and baseball
-Won three BICSSA championships (badminton, tennis, baseball) and one CWOSSA championship (tennis)
-Competed at OFSAA for hockey and tennis
-Won the coaches award for badminton
-Three-time MVP for hockey and two-time team captain at Paris District
-Named Senior Female Athlete of the Year
-Graduated as a honor roll student
-Received The Phyllis Gretzky Memorial Award for Female Youth Leadership 2011 from the Brantford Sports Council Sports Recognition Awards
-Played for the 2012-13 Cambridge Rivulettes women’s junior hockey team
-Named team captain for Cambridge and finished with 25 points (10 goals, 14 assists) in 35 games throughout the 2012-13 regular season
-For the 2013 PWHL Playoffs with Cambridge, Woods finished with the team-leading assist total (seven) through 10 playoff games and helped her team advance to the Second Round of the PWHL Playoffs
-She also played alongside freshman teammate Emma Greco with Team Ontario Red at the 2012 Canadian National Women’s U-18 Championship in Dawson Creek, B.C. and represented Ontario as a member of Team Ontario Blue at the 2011 event in Saugenay, Quebec
