Wednesday, September 27, 2017 | 7:00 PM
All-Time Series: Quinnipiac leads, 2-1-2

GAME LINKS Unbeaten through three MAAC games and tied with Marist at the top of the table, the Quinnipiac women's soccer team heads to in-state league foe Fairfield for a Wednesday night conference tilt at 7 PM. The Bobcats are winless (0-1-1) in two MAAC regular season games played at Lessing Field and look to continue their strong form against a Fairfield team who've already won the same number of MAAC games as the Stags did last season (two).
LAST GAME RECAP
In a game filled with twists and turns, Olivia Myszewski came up with one of the biggest saves of her career, stonewalling a Marist penalty kick in overtime to preserve a 1-1 draw for the Quinnipiac in a battle of two unbeaten MAAC teams at Tenney Stadium. The Red Foxes equalized with just 1:12 minutes remaining but the Bobcat defense held off a hard-charging Marist to remain undefeated in MAAC play at 2-0-1.

NOTES
- Madison Borowiec picked up her fourth goal of the season in Saturday's 1-1 tie at Marist, extending her single-season career-high point total to 12 on the season (four goals, four assists)
- Hannah Reiter dished out an assist on the Borowiec goal, giving her three assists on the season (all of which have come in the last three games)
- Olivia Myszewski continued her great form of late, making nine saves in the 110-minute decision at Marist (second-highest single-game save total of her career)
- Over the last three games (2-0-1 record), Myszewski has compiled a 0.61 goals-against average (two goals allowed in 296:44) while making 15 saves on 17 shots on-target (.882 save percentage)
- Nadya Gill enters Wednesday's match leading her team and the MAAC in a vast majority of offensive statistical categories as she ranks second in the nation in points per game (2.50), tied for eighth in goals per game (0.90) and tied for seventh in assists per game (0.70)
- Gill saw her career-long five-game point streak come to an end on Saturday at Marist as the junior was held to just one shot on-target in 100+ minutes of action
- She racked up an incredible 19 points (seven goals, five assists) across that five-game scoring span
- Gill is well on her way to entering the record books at Quinnipiac as she is seven points shy of entering the Top 10 highest single-season point total in program history while she already sits tied for 10th all-time with her seven assists in 2017
- As far as her career totals, Gill currently sits eighth all-time at Quinnipiac in career goals (26), tied for 11th in career assists (13) and 10th in career points (65)
- The Bobcats have five players (Gill, Kelsey Goldring, Madison Borowiec, Jess Gargan and Al Pelletier) who rank within the Top 100 in the nation in assists per game
- Kelsey Goldring ranks 65th in the nation in points per game (1.40), giving her and Gill both a spot in the Top 100 in the nation's scoring list
- As a team, Quinnipiac's offense has been buzzing all season, currently sitting 12th in the nation in scoring offense (2.50 goals per game), second in assists per game (3.50) and sixth in points per game (8.70)
- Miraculously, Quinnipiac's offense has led the MAAC (currently 12th in the nation) all season despite averaging a mere 10.40 shots per game (265th in the nation, 8th in the MAAC)
- The source of all that offensive production has come all over the lineup as four Bobcats (Gill, Goldring, Borowiec and Pelletier) have at least 10 points apiece (all have at least three goals and four assists) through 10 games
- All four of those aforementioned Bobcats rank Top 5 in the MAAC in total points and points per game
- No team in MAAC history has had more than two players ranked consecutively atop the conference scoring total leaderboard at the end of the season
- Nine different Bobcats have scored a goal this season, including redshirt senior Laura Nicholas who notched her first career goal last Wednesday in the 2-1 overtime win over Siena
