GAME LINKS SETTING THE STAGE
After seeing their six-game MAAC home winning streak come to an end on Saturday, the Quinnipiac women's soccer team looks to find its way back into the win column with another home match on Wednesday against Rider at 2:00 PM. The Bobcats were shutout for the first time in MAAC play on Saturday in a 2-0 home loss to league-leader Monmouth and Quinnipiac has experienced its fair share of difficulties against Rider having lost three straight to the Broncs. In a match that will have huge playoff implications down the road, Quinnipiac looks to maintain its standing in the league against a Rider team that has been at its best over the last four games.
LAST GAME RECAP (MON 2, QU 0)
Quinnipiac saw their MAAC-winless streak come to an end at the hands of league power Monmouth, 2-0, at home on Saturday afternoon. Monmouth's Rachelle Ross scored just 1:10 into the game to put the road side ahead early and the league's top defensive team worked a brilliant game to limit the Bobcats on offense all afternoon.
