GAME LINKS SETTING THE STAGE
In desperate need of a win, Quinnipiac returns home for a Saturday afternoon league match against Niagara in a game that will also serve as Senior Day for the Bobcats. Prior to the start of play, Quinnipiac will honor Jillian Consolini, Carly Glaser, Emma Greco, Laura Nicholas, Sarah Pandolfi and Nadya Gill for their dedication to the program. As far as the match, Quinnipiac and Niagara both come in sharing extended winless streaks as the Bobcats haven't won in three matches (0-1-2) while the Purple Eagles are winless in their last four (0-2-2). Quinnipiac has also struggled mightily the last two seasons against Niagara, losing both matches by a combined score of 7-0. This match will go a long way in deciding seeding in the middle tier of the MAAC table for the upcoming MAAC Tournament.
LAST GAME RECAP (IONA 2, QU 1)
Just five minutes after Quinnipiac netted the equalizer, Iona's Erica Flowers drove in the game-winner with just 48.5 seconds remaining to push the Gaels past the Bobcats, 2-1, on Wednesday afternoon from Mazzella Field. Al Pelletier struck with the equalizer for her fourth goal of the season to account for the Quinnipiac scoring. This marks the fifth straight match the Bobcats and Gaels have played in which the final score was decided by a one-goal margin.

- Gill pumped in her 10th goal of the season in the 1-1 draw against Rider last Wednesday, making her one of just 19 players in the nation to notch double digit goals this season
- Gill enters Saturday's match leading her team and the MAAC in a vast majority of offensive stats as she currently sits tied for seventh in the nation in points per game (2.08), tied for 16th in goals per game (0.77) and tied for 20th in assists per game (0.54)
