Frank Named Goalie of the Year; 3 Bobcats Collect All-ECAC Honors

HAMDEN, Conn. – Sophomore goaltender Felicia Frank was named ECAC Hockey Goalie of the Year and earned All-ECAC First Team honors, as announced by the league office on Feb. 26, 2026.
Junior forward Kahlen Lamarche joined Frank on the All-ECAC First Team, while sophomore defender Makayla Watson was named to the All-ECAC Second Team.
Frank put together one of the most dominant seasons for the Bobcats, leading the ECAC in goals-against average (1.31), save percentage (.949), total saves (545), and shutouts (6) during conference play.
Overall, Frank has appeared in all 34 games, making 33 starts. She owns a 24-7-3 record with nine shutouts, a 1.39 goals-against average, and a .945 save percentage, while logging 2,032:20 minutes and recording 805 saves.
Frank ranks first in the NCAA in wins (24), second in shutouts (9), and fourth in both goals-against average (1.39) and save percentage (.945) among goaltenders with at least 15 games played.
Lamarche earned First Team honors after a historic junior campaign. She led both the team and the conference in goals (20) during league play and paced the Bobcats in points (29). Overall, Lamarche has totaled a career-high 35 goals and 52 points with a +32 rating.
Her 35 goals set a new Quinnipiac single-season program record, surpassing Kelly Babstock's previous mark that had stood for 15 years. This is Lamarche's second career postseason honor after being named to the 2023-24 ECAC Hockey All-Rookie Team.
Nationally, Lamarche is tied for first in game-winning goals (7), second in goals (35), and tied for fourth in points (52).
Watson earned All-ECAC Second Team recognition after another strong season on the blue line. A 2024-25 ECAC Hockey All-Rookie Team selection, the sophomore defender recorded nine goals and 12 assists in conference play, including one power-play goal and two game-winners. She also posted a +12 rating with 23 blocked shots in league action.
Overall, Watson finished the regular season with six goals and 18 assists for 24 points, along with a +23 rating and 32 blocked shots.
