EDISON, N.J. – The MAAC Men's Basketball conference schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 season has been revealed by the league office, as announced on Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025.
FULL MAAC SCHEDULE RELEASE
Quinnipiac Men's Basketball's 20-game league slate will begin on the road at Iona (Dec. 5). The Bobcats have three league games in the month of December to kick things off.
"We're looking forward to another competitive MAAC season," said Quinnipiac Head Coach Tom Pecora. "Our challenging non-conference schedule will serve us well as we prepare to compete for a championship in Atlantic City. We're excited for the 2025-26 campaign to get started, and we can't wait to get back in front of our home crowd in Hamden!"
Following the MAAC opener in New Rochelle, the Bobcats will return to Hamden for their first home MAAC contest against Rider (Dec. 7). Quinnipiac will also host Marist in league play to close out December (Dec. 29).
QU then heads to Draddy Gymnasium to take on Manhattan (Jan. 2), then the Bobcats return home to play host to Mount St. Mary's (Jan. 4). Quinnipiac makes the short trip to Sacred Heart on Jan. 11, will host Saint Peter's for a rematch of last year's MAAC semifinal contest on Jan. 14, travels to Merrimack to continue league action on Jan. 17, then returns home to square off with Manhattan for a second time in 2025-26 on Jan. 19.
The Bobcats make consecutive road trips to Mount St. Mary's (Jan. 22) and Marist (Jan. 24), before returning to M&T Bank Arena to host in-state foe Sacred Heart (Jan. 30). February begins with a short trip to Fairfield (Feb. 1), followed by a pair of home battles against Canisius (Feb. 5) and Niagara (Feb. 7). Quinnipiac heads to Siena on Feb 13, then hosts Merrimack on Feb. 15.
QU will play host to rival Fairfield on Sunday, Feb. 22 in Hamden. Then the Bobcats will wrap up the regular season slate in Western New York against Niagara (Feb. 27) and Canisius (March 1).
The 2026 MAAC Basketball Championships will take place March 5-10 at Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.
Quinnipiac won its second consecutive MAAC regular season title in 2024-25 under Head Coach Tom Pecora. The Bobcats went 15-5 in league play during 2023-24 to earn the program's first-ever regular season championship, then QU posted another 15-5 league mark in 2024-25.
