Ryssdalsnes & Holum Earn All-MAAC Awards

HAMDEN, Conn. – A pair of Quinnipiac men's soccer sophomores took home All-MAAC postseason awards for the 2025 season, as announced on Monday, Nov. 10 by the league office.
Sivert Ryssdalsnes has been selected for the All-MAAC First Team, while William Holum earns a spot on the All-MAAC Third Team.
Sivert Ryssdalsnes led the Bobcats in goals (7), assists (4), and total points (18) during the 2025 campaign. The Asker, Norway-native scored four goals during MAAC play, including the game-winner during the final contest of the regular season at Merrimack to help send the Bobcats to postseason play. Ryssdalsnes posted a three-point effort vs. Caldwell (9/11/25), and recorded four points vs. LIU (9/16/25).
Holum finished second on the team in goals (4) and total points (9). He scored three times during MAAC play, twice against Saint Peter's (9/27/25) and once vs. Niagara (11/1/25). He also tallied an assist during QU's contest at Canisius (10/11/25).
Quinnipiac also had 16 student-athletes selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team. To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
Quinnipiac men's soccer finished the season with a 5-5-0 MAAC record. The Bobcats won three of their final four games of the regular season to earn the #6 seed in the 2025 MAAC Men's Soccer Championships.
