WEST HAVEN, Conn. — Two, second-half tallies were the difference on Wednesday night, as the Quinnipiac men's soccer team had its two-game winning streak halted against New Haven at Kathy Zolad Stadium in West Haven.

After a goalless first half, the Chargers found tallies in the 65^th and 72^nd minutes to give them all they would need to knock off their regional foes. The Bobcats were able to muster nine shots, with five on net but could not beat the New Haven keeper.

Alexander Hansen made five saves between the posts for Quinnipiac.

STATS AND NOTES

Hansen has made 20 saves over his last three outings.
The Bobcats are now 1-1-1 on the road this season.
Cameron Brooks logged 44 minutes off the bench, firing a pair of shots, matching his career high.
