Raviv Tabbed Rookie of the Week

HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac women's basketball first-year guard Gal Raviv earned MAAC Rookie of the Week Honors, as announced by the league office on Monday, December 16^th.

Gal Raviv had another impressive week as she helped lead the Bobcats to two more wins to close out their non-conference slate. In Quinnipiac's big win over Yale, Gal Raviv scored 13 points on 54.5% (6-for-11) shooting from the floor. Raviv also dished out four assists and grabbed seven rebounds. On Sunday, Raviv led the Bobcats with 24 points, shooting 69.2% (9-for-13) from the field.

The Kadima, Israel native averaged 18.5 points per game in 35.1 minutes per game. Raviv finished the week shooting 15-for-24 (62.5%) from the floor and 66.7% (2-for-3) from three-point range.

The Bobcats will be back in action on Thursday as they open up league play with the Rider Broncs. Tip-off from M&T Bank Arena is slated for 11 AM and can be seen on ESPN+.
