HAMDEN, Conn. — Currently in a logjam in the middle of the standings, the Quinnipiac University women's lacrosse team is set to come out on top of it, taking on second-place Siena on Wednesday afternoon in Loudonville, N.Y.
The Bobcats are currently in a tie for third place at 2-2 in MAAC play, with three teams behind them just one game back in the loss column as we pass the halfway point of league play.

- The Bobcats had erased a 13-7 deficit with just over 90 seconds to play in the third on Saturday afternoon, knocking off Manhattan 15-14 in a thrilling victory in Hamden.
- Quinnipiac went on an 8-1 run to come back for the win, with Mia Delmond scoring three in a row to turn a 13-11 deficit into a 14-13 lead with 4:00 left on the fourth-quarter clock. She finished the day with a team-high four goals and would be named the league's Rookie of the Week.
