Bobcats Set to Tee Off at Boston College Intercollegiate on Monday

HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac women's golf program returns to action this week, as the Bobcats continue its fall slate at the Boston College Intercollegiate. The three-round tournament will take place at the Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, Mass. and will run on Monday and Tuesday with teams playing two rounds on the opening day.

- Then first year Fuge Zhang came into the clubhouse tied for 16th, shooting a total of 227 (+11) through 54-holes
- Quinnipiac women's golf opened the 2022 fall season with a seventh place finish at the Yale Invitational held at the Golf Course at Yale in New Haven
- QU closed the tournament in seventh place among 15 teams after shooting 882 (+30) at the conclusion of the event, setting a new three-round program record
- Leeyen Peralta led Quinnipiac's grouping, tying for a 19th place finish
- Peralta shot a 71 (E) to close the tournament at 220 (+7)
- Leeyen Peralta returns for her senior campaign in the fall of 2022
- She competed in 11 events and averaged 76.67 strokes per round
- Peralta earned seven top-10 finishes and four top-five finishes on the campaign
