VESTAL, N.Y. – Quinnipiac women's lacrosse was defeated by the Binghamton Bearcats, 16-11, on Saturday afternoon. Junior Desiree Kleberg recorded three goals on nine shots and picked up one ground ball. Junior goalkeeper Kat Henselder made eight saves for the Bobcats in the loss.
Junior Emily Feeney recorded three goals on the afternoon to push her season total to seven. In total, six Bobcats found the back of the net.

GAME SUMMARY
- Emily Feeney opened up the scoring early recording a goal 56 seconds into the game to give the Bobcats an early 1-0 lead.
- With 12:26 on the clock in the first quarter, Feeney tallied her second goal of the game off a nice pass from Sophia Iaccino.
- After recording an assist, Sophia Iaccino scored a goal of her own and the Bobcats were holding an early 3-0 lead.
- 42 seconds after Iaccino's tally, Marisa Tancredi of Binghamton brought the Bearcats back into the game, but Quinnipiac still led 3-1.
- Olivia Mucsolino of Binghamton brought the Bearcats within one when she ripped a shot into the back of the net.
- Sophie Spencer gave Quinnipiac another two goal cushion with 8:25 left in the first quarter. The Bobcats were holding a 4-2 lead.
- Binghamton scored two goals, Kenna Newman and Abby Carroll, within 2:04 to tie the game at four apiece.
