Bobcats Produce Emphatic Second Half to Defeat Sacred Heart

Quinnipiac Scores 11 of Final 14 Goals in Game
FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Quinnipiac women's lacrosse team won its second game of the season as the Bobcats defeated Sacred Heart, 11-8, on Wednesday afternoon. Junior Desiree Kleberg and senior Maddie Deegan each found the back of the net three times and junior goalkeeper Kat Henselder made 11 saves in the win.
Senior attack Sydney Skalstad recorded 2 goals on the afternoon, including the game winning goal. In total, six Bobcats found the back of the net in the victory.
First year attack Abby Wise picked up 2 assists and a ground ball in the winning effort for the Bobcats.
