Goalkeeper Makes 17 Saves, Bobcats Erase Seven-Goal Deficit
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac women's lacrosse erased a seven-goal deficit in the second half, but fell just short to Yale by a score of 13-12, on Tuesday afternoon. Junior Emily Feeney recorded a hat trick and picked up a ground ball. Junior goalkeeper Kat Henselder made 17 saves for the Bobcats.
Senior attack Sydney Skalstad recorded 2 goals on the afternoon to push her season total to 6. In total, six Bobcats found the back of the net in the defeat.
Junior Desiree Kleberg scored two goals on six shots, her third straight game multi-goal outing.
