Sophomore Midfielder Records First Multi-Goal and Multi-Point Game of Her Career
WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – The Quinnipiac women's lacrosse team fell to the Monmouth Hawks, 21-8 on Friday afternoon in New Jersey. The Hawks scored 30 seconds into the game and never relinquished the lead en route to their third victory of the season.
Sophomore midfielder Liza Bailey scored a career-high four goals for the Bobcats. This is her first multi-goal and multi-point game in her young career. Midfielder Sophia Iaccino recorded five draw controls in the game.
Goalkeeper Kat Henselder set a new career high in saves with 16 for Quinnipiac. She also picked up two ground balls and caused one turnover.
