LOWELL, Mass. – Jake Tomsik recorded four points on Saturday afternoon at Cushing Field, as Quinnipiac men's lacrosse fell by the final score of 10-9 at UMass Lowell.

Tomsik scored two goals and added two assists to lead the Bobcats' charge offensively, and first-year attack John DeLucia scored a team-best three goals. First-year attack Jake Tellers also added one goal and one assist.

NOTES

The Bobcats went on a four-goal scoring run over less than a three minute span in the third quarter, as Quinnipiac went from being down 6-4 to up 8-6. Tomsik scored twice during the run, and DeLucia and Matt Miller each added a goal.
Sophomore Demitri George won 19-of-22 total face-off attempts for the day.
Total shots were 43-40 in favor of the River Hawks. The Bobcats were 16-of-21 in clear attempts.
Jake Tomsik's four points raise his season total to six. He now has three goals and three helpers.
John DeLucia now has five goals over his first two collegiate games with the Bobcats.
Jake Tellers now has two goals and one assist so far this year.
Will Abbott, Matt Miller and Tyler Mackay all added one score for the Bobcats.
