The Bobcats' Record Book
- Matthew Batten broke Quinnipiac's all-time career hits record with a single against Manhattan on Saturday, May 6. Batten currently sits at 246 career hits.
- To date, Batten is the only player in Quinnipiac history to reach 50 hits in each of his four seasons with the Bobcats.
- Batten is second at the NCAA Division I level (since 1998) with 138 career runs scored, trailing currently Bobcats' head coach John Delaney's 139.
- Batten trails Joe Zangari (144) and Delaney (139) on the all-time list after passing Tim Belcher (137).
- With a four-RBI day against Central Connecticut State, Batten became the 10th player in Quinnipiac's Division I history to reach the 100-RBI mark while also passing Joe Poletsky for 9th place and placing him in a tie with Charles D'Elia '03 for 8th place with 102.
- To date, Batten and Binkoski are the only two players in Quinnipiac history to reach 240 hits, 125 runs scored and 100 RBI in their careers.
- Liam Scafariello tied Joe Zangari's (16) Division I single-season home run record. Scafariello is now trailing Tim Belcher's 18 in 1997 for the all-time record.
- Matthew Osieja's career game appearances record extended to 69 after this weekend. Osieja broke the career record of 63 appearances held by Matthew Lorenzetti '15 and Mike Spahr '05 earlier this season.
- Mike Davis tied Robbie Hitt's single-season save record with his eighth against Manhattan last weekend. Gary Binkiewicz also holds the all-time record with 12 career saves.
The Bobcats' Bats
- From Apr. 5 through the first game of the Bobcats' doubleheader against Iona, Quinnipiac had lost a season-high six-straight games. Since then, Quinnipiac is 7-8 including a 7-4 mark in MAAC play.
- In that span, Quinnipiac has outscored their opponents, 76-69, while hitting at a team-wide .279 with nine home runs, 33 doubles and 22 stolen bases.
- Over their last 15 games, Brian Moskey checks-in with a team-high .367 (18-for-49) with four doubles, 10 runs scored and a .439 on-base percentage.
- Mike Palladino has recorded a team-high 20 hits in that span while hitting at a .351 clip with a team-high 11 runs scored.
- Matthew Batten checks-in at .352 in the Bobcats' last 15 games with a team-leading six doubles, 11 runs scored to go along with two home runs and 13 RBI.
- Liam Scafariello hit .319 (15-for-47) with nine of his 15 hits going for extra bases (five doubles, four home runs) while driving in a team-leading 14 runs and scoring 11 more. Scafariello logged a team-high .681 slugging percentage while also leading the team with 12 walks and a .458 on-base percentage.
- Ryan Nelson is second behind Palladino, tied with Batten with 19 hits in that span with five doubles, seven RBI and eight runs scored. For the year, Nelson leads the team with 16 multiple-hit games.
- Joseph Burns record 14 hits in 15 games and also scored 10 runs.

- Matthew Batten enters the weekend with a seven-game hitting streak as well as a team-, and season-high 19 games in which he has reached base safely.
- In that span, Batten is hitting .375 (9-for-24) with two home runs, three doubles, seven RBI and six runs scored.
- 13 of Batten's 24 RBI's this season have come with two outs. He is also hitting a team-high .328 (19-for-58) with two outs.

The Bobcats' Pitching Staff
- Chris Enns cracked the Bobcats' weekend rotation on Apr. 9 and has been dominant over the last month. Enns is 3-1 with a 1.46 ERA after holding the opposition to four earned runs in 24 2/3 innings in five starts. Enns has given up more than one earned run in one of those five outings while posting three game without an earned run allowed. Against Manhattan in his last outing, Enns held the Jaspers scoreless while scattering six hits over six innings.
- For the year, Enns is 4-2 with a 2.14 ERA with 35 strikeouts in 42 innings pitched.
- Taylor Luciani has also been rock solid over his last six starts with a record of 3-2 with a 2.48 ERA and 22 strikeouts in 36 1/3 innings pitched. Luciani has won his last three starts against Saint Peter's, Canisius and Manhattan and has allowed five runs in 18 1/3 innings for a 2.45 ERA. In his last outing, he blanked Manhattan with a four-hit masterpiece over six innings.
- Luciani boasts a 3.35 ERA for the year and is 4-5 for the season.
- Robbie Hitt is 2-3 for the year with a 4.83 ERA in 50 1/3 innings pitched. Hitt's first win of the season came in a 2-0 decision at Marist in which he struck out seven and gave up four hits in six innings of work. He followed with seven strong innings against Saint Peter's in which he held the Peacocks scoreless on five hits while striking out five. He took a hard-luck loss against Canisius in which he held the Golden Griffins to two runs on four hits over seven innings while striking out a season-high eight batters.
- Hitt leads Quinnipiac with 41 strikeouts in 50 1/3 innings pitched.
- Mike Davis has emerged as one of the top closers in the MAAC as his eight saves rank second in the conference and 49th in the country. Davis has posted a 0.42 ERA with 26 strikeouts in 21 1/3 innings in 17 appearances. Davis hasn't allowed a run in 12 straight games, dating back to an appearance against Wake Forest on Mar. 3, 2017, which also stands as his only earned run allowed this season.
- Matthew Osieja stands a team-high 19 appearances this season, good for the ninth most in Quinnipiac's Division I history. Osieja hasn't given up a run in his last seven appearances.
