LAST WEEKEND
· Quinnipiac was swept last weekend, falling to Cornell and Colgate on the road.
· Sophomore Kenzie Prater (Hudson, Wisconsin) tallied two goals through the weekend, her first two of the year.
· Junior Melissa Samoskevich (Sandy Hook, Connecticut) picked up her first goal of the season, coming against Cornell.
· Freshman Taylor House (Joliet, Illinois) notched her first assist of the season.
· Juniors Randi Marcon (Winnipeg, Manitoba) and Kenzie Lancaster (Waxhaw, North Carolina) each picked up assists. They now share team lead in assists (4) with Melissa Samoskevich.
SCOUTING UNION
· The Dutchmen come into this weekend with a 3-6-1 overall record, with a 2-0-0 record in ECAC play.
· Union is 0-4-1 on the road this sesason.
· Head Coach Josh Sciba returns for his second sesason at the helm.
· The team is coming off a 2-0 victory against Merrimack College.
· Arianna Kosakowski and Katelynn Russ are tied for the team lead in goals (4).
· Kosakowski and Cheyenne Harris are tied for the team lead in points (7).
· Goalie Coco Francis has seen the most time in net, compiling a .946 save percentage and an average of 1.74 goals allowed.
SCOUTING RPI
· RPI sits at 3-5-2 overall, with a 1-0-1 record in ECAC play.
· The Engineers are 2-3-1 on the road this season.
· The team is led by interim head coach Bryan Vines, who served as an assistant on Union's men's ice hockey team for the last eight seasons.
· Senior Shayna Tomlinson has led the team offensively, as she's the team leader in goals (3), assists (6) and points (9).
· Jaimie Grigsby sits right behind Tomlinson with two goals, four assists and six points.
· RPI has never defeated head coach Cassandra Turner in her tenure as head coach of the Bobcats.
· The Engineers PK% sits at .909 (20-for-22).
IN THE ECAC
· Quinnipiac is currently tied for 8th in the ECAC with Dartmouth and Princeton.
· Only one team has yet to be defeated in ECAC play, Union, who has only played two league games.
· There is a four way tie at the top of the ECAC: Clarkson, Colgate, Cornell, and St. Lawrence.

· Juniors Melissa Samoskevich (Sandy Hook, Conencticut), Randi Marcon (Winnipeg, Manitoba) and Kenzie Lancaster (Waxhaw, North Carolina) are all tied for the team lead in assists (4).
BONSTEEL-ING THE SHOW
· Freshman Brooke Bonsteel (Mississauga, Ontario) currently leads the Bobcats in goals (4).
· She scored two goals against Vermont on October 13 and followed that with goals in the next two games (Vermont and Boston College).
LANCASTER LOCKED IN
· Junior Kenzie Lancaster is the team leader in points (6).
· In her first game of the season, she tallied two assists against Vermont on October 13.
· She picked up her sixth point of the season with an assist against Colgate on November 4.
PLAYING WITH THE HOT HAND
· In her last two games, sophomore Kenzie Prater (Hudson, Wisconsin) tallied two goals.
· The goals were here first of the season after tallying six her freshman year.
ON THE BOARD
· The team's third-best scorer last season, Junior Melissa Samoskevich notched her first goal of the season this past weekend.
· Her last goal came against RPI in a 5-0 home victory last season.
DOMINANT DEFENSE
· Quinnipiac finished the 2016-2017 season No.2 in the nation in team defense, giving up just 1.38 goals per contest.
· The Bobcats hold a .90 PK% (29-for-32) this season.
· Quinnipiac's penalty kill last season was 88.2%, second best in the ECAC.
POWER PLAY
· Quinnipiac was incredibly successful on the power play during ECAC play last season, capitalizing on 24.3% (18-of-74) of its opportunities.
· This season, the Bobcats PP% sits at .20% (9-of-45)
SECOND IS THE BEST
· The Bobcats have scored 11 of their 19 goals and outshot opponents 115-99 in second periods this year.
· Brooke Bonsteel has scored two of her four goals in the second period.
SHOOT TO THRILL
· Quinnipiac recorded more shots than their opponents in 28-of-37 games last season, going 21-3-4 whenever they did.
· In their last four games, the Bobcats have outshot their opponents 142-86, highlighted by a 61 shot game against Dartmouth.
