HAMDEN, Conn. - The Quinnipiac men's soccer team picked up three points in the MAAC standings after it defeated Canisius, 3-0, to earn its second MAAC victory of the season on Saturday afternoon at the QU Soccer Stadium.

- Dally scored the Bobcats third goal of the game in the 88th minute after James Doig (Liverpool, England) won a jump-ball then kicked it to Dally who streaked up the field and hit far post before the ball deflected into the back of the net.

- With the win, Doig passed former goalkeeper Borja Angoitia for most wins by a Quinnipiac player in program-history with 33 victories.
- Chrysostomos Iakovidis (Thessaloniki, Greece) needed to make just one save on the afternoon to earn his third shutout of the season.
- The shutout was the 10th of the sophomore's career.
- Today's contest was the eighth time in 10 games where Iakovidis has held the opponent to one goal or less.
