Nationally-ranked No. 4/6 Quinnipiac men's ice hockey will travel to Ithaca, New York on Friday, Nov. 18 to take on Cornell in the Big Red's home-opener at Lynah Rink at 7 p.m. available live on ESPN3. On Saturday, Nov. 19, the Bobcats will head to Hamilton, New York to take on Colgate at the Class of 1965 Arena at 4 p.m.
ALL-TIME VS. CORNELL
• Friday night's match-up will be the 25 meeting between Quinnipiac and Cornell with the Big Red holding a 16-15-3 advantage.
• Quinnipiac and Cornell met in the ECAC Hockey Quarterfinals last season with the Bobcats taking 2-of-3 games to advance to the ECAC Hockey Tournament Semifinals.
• Quinnipiac is 3-0-1 against Cornell over the last four regular-season meetings between the two teams.
• All-time, Quinnipiac is 8-8-1 at Lynah Rink including four-straight wins on the Big Red's home ice dating back to the 2012-13 season.
• Cornell opened the series with the Bobcats a 13-5-2 record in the first 20 meetings between the two teams, but Quinnipiac has posted a 10-3-1 record in its last 14 games against the Big Red.

• Cornell enters the weekend with a record of 2-2-1 overall and 2-1-1 in ECAC Hockey play.
• After a season-opening non-conference loss at Merrimack, 3-2 on Oct. 28, Cornell tied Dartmouth, 1-1, and lost to Harvard, 4-3. Last weekend, Cornell defeated Brown in Providence, 4-2, and Yale at Ingalls Rink, 6-3.
• Mitch Vanderlaan leads Cornell in goals (5) and is tied for the lead in points (5), joined by Trevor Yales (2g-3a) and Anthony Angello (2-3).
• Yanni Kaldis has distributed a team-high four assists to date.
• In goal, Mitch Gillam is 2-2-1 with a .908 goals-against average and a 2.84 save percentage.
ALL-TIME VS. COLGATE
• Quinnipiac and Colgate have faced each other 34 times with Quinnipiac holding an 18-14-2 record all-time against the Raiders.
• Quinnipiac has won four-straight games against Colgate and is 7-2 in its last nine contests against the Raiders.
• Quinnipiac has also won four-straight games in Hamilton with its last loss on the Raiders home ice coming on Mar. 11, 2012.
SCOUTING THE COLGATE RAIDERS
• Colgate is currently 2-5-4 overall and 1-2-1 in ECAC Hockey.
• The Raiders opened the season at 0-3-3 before picking their first win on Oct. 29 against Maine, 5-3. They opened league play with a tie at Harvard and a loss at Dartmouth. Last weekend, Gate defeated Yale, 4-1, before falling to Brown, 4-2.
• Adam Dauda is tied with Hunter Racine with a team-leading three goals while Dauda's five assists give him a team-high eight points.
• John Snodgrass leads Colgate with six assists to date.
• In goal,Charlie Finn is 2-4-3 with a .911 save percentage and a 2.67 GAA.
ACTIVE CAREER LEADERS
• Tim Clifton's 18 career power play goals rank second among all active NCAA Division I men's ice hockey student-athletes behind Omaha's Austin Ortega (21).
• Clifton also ranks tied for 21st with 81 career points on 37 goals and 44 assists in 127 career games. His 37 career goals are tied for 16th among active players.
• Clifton's 10 game-winning goals are tied for fourth among active players.
• Clifton is one of 28 players with three or more shorthanded goals for his career.
• Landon Smith is one of three non-seniors ranked among the top 30 active career scorers. Smith's 76 points have come on the strength of 31 goals and 45 assists.
• Smith's 45 assists rank tied for 36th among active players.
REALLY GOOD AT HOME
• Through last weekend, Quinnipiac is 10-0-3 in its last 13 regular-season games at High Point Solutions Arena.
• In addition, the Bobcat are 14-0-6 in its last 20 regular-season ECAC Hockey games on its home ice. Its last loss to a league opponent in Hamden came in a 5-2 loss to Harvard on Dec. 6, 2014.
SPECIAL TEAMS
Much of the Bobcats success over the last four games, in which Quinnipiac is 3-1-0, has been the increased play of the Bobcats' special teams units. Quinnipiac is now 7-for-26 for a 26.9% clip and 25-for-25 on the penalty kill - tops in NCAA Division I hockey in that span.

• Freshman Brogan Rafferty scored his first career goal in the Bobcats' 5-2 win against UConn on Oct. 19 while also adding an assist.
• Rafferty currently leads Quinnipiac in assists (7) and is second in points (9) through is first 11 career games.
• Rafferty's nine points rank second among all ECAC Hockey frehmen.

• Karlis Cukste's three goals are tied for the lead among all ECAC Hockey freshmen.
• Cukste also leads ECAC Hockey freshmen with two power-play goals and 25 blocked shots.

• Sophomore Craig Martin has doubled his career goal output with goals in back-to-back games against Maine on Oct. 15 and UConn on Oct. 19.
• Martin picked up "Play Maker" honors in the Bobcats 5-3 win at Clarkson on Friday, Nov. 4. Martin dished out a career-high three assists in the Bobcats ECAC Hockey opening night victory.
• Martin has a point in three of his last four games, totaling a goal and four assists in that span.

Nationally-ranked No. 4/6 Quinnipiac men's ice hockey will travel to Ithaca, New York on Friday, Nov. 18 to take on Cornell in the Big Red's home-opener at Lynah Rink at 7 p.m. available live on ESPN3. On Saturday, Nov. 19, the Bobcats will head to Hamilton, New York to take on Colgate at the Class of 1965 Arena at 4 p.m.
ALL-TIME VS. CORNELL
• Friday night's match-up will be the 25 meeting between Quinnipiac and Cornell with the Big Red holding a 16-15-3 advantage.
• Quinnipiac and Cornell met in the ECAC Hockey Quarterfinals last season with the Bobcats taking 2-of-3 games to advance to the ECAC Hockey Tournament Semifinals.
• Quinnipiac is 3-0-1 against Cornell over the last four regular-season meetings between the two teams.
• All-time, Quinnipiac is 8-8-1 at Lynah Rink including four-straight wins on the Big Red's home ice dating back to the 2012-13 season.

• Mitch Vanderlaan leads Cornell in goals (5) and is tied for the lead in points (5), joined by Trevor Yales (2g-3a) and Anthony Angello (2-3).
• Yanni Kaldis has distributed a team-high four assists to date.
• In goal, Mitch Gillam is 2-2-1 with a .908 goals-against average and a 2.84 save percentage.
ALL-TIME VS. COLGATE
• Quinnipiac and Colgate have faced each other 34 times with Quinnipiac holding an 18-14-2 record all-time against the Raiders.
• Quinnipiac has won four-straight games against Colgate and is 7-2 in its last nine contests against the Raiders.
• Quinnipiac has also won four-straight games in Hamilton with its last loss on the Raiders home ice coming on Mar. 11, 2012.
SCOUTING THE COLGATE RAIDERS
• Colgate is currently 2-5-4 overall and 1-2-1 in ECAC Hockey.
• The Raiders opened the season at 0-3-3 before picking their first win on Oct. 29 against Maine, 5-3. They opened league play with a tie at Harvard and a loss at Dartmouth. Last weekend, Gate defeated Yale, 4-1, before falling to Brown, 4-2.
• Adam Dauda is tied with Hunter Racine with a team-leading three goals while Dauda's five assists give him a team-high eight points.

ACTIVE CAREER LEADERS
• Tim Clifton's 18 career power play goals rank second among all active NCAA Division I men's ice hockey student-athletes behind Omaha's Austin Ortega (21).
• Clifton also ranks tied for 21st with 81 career points on 37 goals and 44 assists in 127 career games. His 37 career goals are tied for 16th among active players.
• Clifton's 10 game-winning goals are tied for fourth among active players.
• Clifton is one of 28 players with three or more shorthanded goals for his career.
• Landon Smith is one of three non-seniors ranked among the top 30 active career scorers. Smith's 76 points have come on the strength of 31 goals and 45 assists.

• Through last weekend, Quinnipiac is 10-0-3 in its last 13 regular-season games at High Point Solutions Arena.

SPECIAL TEAMS
Much of the Bobcats success over the last four games, in which Quinnipiac is 3-1-0, has been the increased play of the Bobcats' special teams units. Quinnipiac is now 7-for-26 for a 26.9% clip and 25-for-25 on the penalty kill - tops in NCAA Division I hockey in that span.

• Sophomore Craig Martin has doubled his career goal output with goals in back-to-back games against Maine on Oct. 15 and UConn on Oct. 19.
• Martin picked up "Play Maker" honors in the Bobcats 5-3 win at Clarkson on Friday, Nov. 4. Martin dished out a career-high three assists in the Bobcats ECAC Hockey opening night victory.
