Fujita Records Tournament-Best Score, 4 Bobcats Finish in Top 10
LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL. - The Quinnipiac women's golf program won the 2025 MAAC Championship on Saturday afternoon at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course, as the Bobcats finished 13 strokes ahead of the next-best team to claim the conference title.
Quinnipiac has now won six MAAC titles under Head Coach John O'Connor, the most by any team in the conference since the Bobcats joined the MAAC for the 2013-14 season. The Bobcats have taken four of the last five conference championships.

4 Bobcats finished inside the Top 10 in total: Sophia Fujita (+1, first place), Fuge Zhang (+5, second place), Vaidehi Shah (+6, fourth place), and Samantha Galantini (+9, eighth place).
Fuge Zhang shot a 74 (+2) in the final round as she finished in a tie for second place. Zhang finished with a three-day total of 221 (+5).
Vaidehi Shah carded a 222 (+6) in the three-day MAAC Championships as she finished in a two-way tie for fourth place.
Samantha Galantini finished in the top ten as she finished in a tie for 8th place. Galantini shot a 72 (E) in the final round as she finished the 2025 MAAC Championships with a score of 225 (+9).
Marisa Flores rounded out the Quinnipiac grouping as she finished day three with a score of 76 (+4). Flores finished the tournament in a tie for 18th place (231, +15).
The Bobcats will wait and see which NCAA Regional they will be competing in as the NCAA Women's Golf Selection Show is slated for Wednesday, April 23rd at 1 PM.
