Bobcats Split DH vs. Stonehill Thursday in Hamden

HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac Softball split a non-conference double header vs. Stonehill on Thursday afternoon in Hamden, as the Bobcats won Game 1 (7-2) then dropped Game 2 (0-3).
QU is up to 19 wins this season – the most for the program since 2018.
Ella McGalliard and Gianna Palmisano each drove in a pair of runs during the game 1 victory for the Bobcats. QU recorded 11 hits in total.
Jaclyn Gonzalez tossed 4.0 innings, then Sydney Horan went the final 3.0 innings to clinch the win. Gonzalez and Horan then split the pitching duties in Game 2 for Quinnipiac, as well.
