Golf Look To Win Fourth MAAC Championship In A Row

LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL – The Quinnipiac women's golf program returns to the MAAC Championships in Florida this weekend as they look to capture their fourth straight championship. The three-day tournament will start on Friday, April 19th at the Disney's Palm Golf Course.

LOOKING FOR FOUR IN A ROW
- The Bobcats will travel to the MAAC Championships down in Lake Buena Vista, Florida for a three-day tournament.
- The 54-hole tournament will be played at Disney's Palm Golf Course with 18 holes being played on each day.
- The Bobcats were last in action on April 14th as they wrapped up play at the Navy Spring Invitational in Annapolis, Maryland.
- Quinnipiac sat in a tie for third after day one and finished day two in second place.
- Aimee Uchida finished in a tie for 2nd place after shooting a two-round total of 150 (+6).
- Samantha Galantini finished just one stroke behind Uchida and finished in a tie for 4th place (151, +7).
- Leeyen Peralta returns for her fifth year in the fall of 2023.
- She competed in 11 events and averaged 74.52 strokes per round.

- Peralta earned six top-10 finishes and five top-five finishes on the campaign.
