HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac Men's Lacrosse earned a big senior day victory on Saturday afternoon, holding on late to top Virginia Military Institute by the final score of 13-12 at the QU Lacrosse Stadium.

Dylan Donnery paced the Bobcats with four goals and one assist, while Steven Germain added two goals and three helpers. QU had six different goal scorers in total.

Mason Oak, the nation's leader in saves per game, made 17 more stops in the win.

Quinnipiac moves to 9-3 (5-3 MAAC) with the victory.

NOTES

The Bobcats outshot VMI 38-33 in total. Quinnipiac held a 23-12 advantage in shots at the end of the first half.
QU went 12-for-20 in clear attempts.
Tommy Shaugnessy caused three turnovers on the defensive end, adding two ground balls.
