Bobcats Knock Off Morgan State in Season Opener

BALTIMORE — The Quinnipiac Acrobatics & Tumbling program opened its season on a high note Saturday afternoon, defeating NCATA newcomers Morgan State in downtown Baltimore.
The Bobcats opened their season with a win for the fourth consecutive campaign, a streak that dates back to the 2019 season.

HIGHLIGHTS
The Bobcats started strong, opening with a 38-point compulsory event that was highlighted by a 9.950 toss heat.
Quinnipiac continued the momentum into the acro event, where they recorded an event-best 9.850 in the seven-element heat.
Senior Tiffany Zieba culminated the six-heat tumbling event with an open pass that garnered a 9.725 score, the highest of the 12 passes during the event.
