HAMDEN — The Quinnipiac Acrobatics & Tumbling program won their home opener against the LIU Sharks on Sunday afternoon in Hamden.

The Bobcats won their home opener for the fourth straight season, with their last home opener loss coming to Oregon in 2019.

Quinnipiac continued the momentum into the pyramid event, where they scored a 9.950 in the open pyramid heat.

Senior Summer Knoell highlighted the tumbling portion of the meet as she scored a 9.850 in the six-element tumbling heat.
