Reilly, Bobcats Down Dartmouth

HANOVER, N.H. — The No. 6 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team held off Dartmouth 5-3 on Saturday afternoon in Hanover.
After feeling each other out for the first ten minutes, Kate Reilly found of the back of the net on a deflected puck from the point.
Kahlen Lamarche would add another just under eight minutes into the period on a breakaway set up by a Kate Reilly stretch pass.
Dartmouth would get one right back to get within one before Madison Chantler sniped their goalie to push the lead back to two.
The Bobcats would strike on the power play just over five minutes into the third period thanks to a Kate Reilly shot.
Dartmouth scored two goals in under two minutes to bring the game within one before Jess Schryver added an empty-net goal with under 30 seconds to play.

The Bobcats return home next weekend to host Colgate on Friday, Jan. 19 and Cornell on Saturday, Jan. 20. Puck drop for Friday is slated for 6:00 PM while Saturday's game will start at 3:00 PM.
