HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac field hockey returns home to Hamden, as the Bobcats play host to UC Davis on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Quinnipiac Field Hockey Stadium.

- Brooke Sanchez leads the Aggies with three goals and six points on the season
- Micaela Grajales, Lucia Pompeo and Eva Veldhorst scored a goal apiece for the Bobcats in a 6-3 loss at Temple

- She followed that performance with 10 saves en route to earning the first shutout of her career in Quinnipiac's 1-0 victory over No. 22 Maine on the road.
- Senior forward Stella Tegtmeier has been a difference-maker for the Bobcats early in the season

- Previously serving as an assistant coach, Montana Fleming was elevated to Associate Head Coach on June 16
- Fleming enters her fourth season as part of Main's staff at QU in 2022
- Prior to joining Main's staff for the 2019 campaign, Fleming spent the 2017 season as a fifth-year player and standout for the Bobcats
- Main announced the addition of Abby Lucas as an assistant coach on July 26
- Prior to making her way to Quinnipiac, Lucas spent two seasons as an assistant coach for the Franklin Pierce field hockey team
- QU earned three wins at home last season (Fall 2021) with two coming in overtime
- The Bobcats scored a season-best five goals in a 5-4 thrilling overtime win over BIG EAST foe Villanova on Oct. 22, 2021
- Emilia Massarelli returns for her sophomore season after earning 2021 All-BIG EAST Second Team honors as a first year
- Massarelli logged 10 goals and two assists for 22 points in 2021
- Her 10 goals and 22 points ranked second in the BIG EAST in 2021
- QU will be back in action on Friday, Sept. 23, when the Bobcats play host to No. 14 Old Dominion at the QU Field Hockey Stadium
- The match is set to kick off at 1 p.m.
