Sydney Young (Austin, Texas) won the 100th match of her career, including the game-tying match in singles play to set up the victory for the Bobcats. Proyfon Lohaphaisan (Santa Clarita, California) joined Young as the only two Bobcats to win two individual matches on the day.

LAST TIME VS MONMOUTH

SCOUTING THE HAWKS
Monmouth owns a 5-12 record and is 1-5 in MAAC play. The Hawks have been in a slump lately, losing seven of their last 10 duels.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time the Quinnipiac women's tennis team took the court, it narrowly fell on the road to a tough Fordham team, 4-3. Freshman Layla Rodriguez (Rancho Santa Margarita, California) earned two victories on the day, increasing her season win total to 37, which is second most wins on the team.
KEEP THE STREAK ALIVE
After defeating Fairfield on Tuesday, April. 18, including MAAC Tournament matches, the Bobcats are now 32-0 in matches against MAAC opponents since joining the new league coming from the Northeast Conference in the 2013-14 season.
MAAC MONSTERS
In the Bobcats' five MAAC dual matches, they have gone 42-3 in competition. The team has posted a 28-2 record in singles play against MAAC opponents and a 14-1 record in doubles competition.
DOMINANT DUOS
The Bobcats own a 74-28 (.727) record in doubles play this season. The duo of Horton and Young leads the team in wins with 22. However, the team of Rodriguez and Rencheli sit in second with 12 wins.
WINNING IS FUN
The Bobcats have five players that are currently undefeated in MAAC play. Nicole Katzarkov (Coral Gables, Florida) and Alexandra Mircea (Glen Rock, New Jersey) are undefeated in limited play, Kelsi Oliphant (Calgary, Alberta) is 4-0 in MAAC matches, Lohaphaisan is 8-0 and Lu is 8-0 as well.
CHEMISTRY IS EVERYTHING
Of the 16 different doubles combinations that head coach Paula Miller has used this season, 13 of those duos have winning records.
NEW PARTNERS, SAME RESULTS
Kelsi Oliphant (Calgary, Alberta) and Rencheli have been dominant as a duo since the late season pairing, winning their first eight matches together, holding an impressive 8-0 record. All eight of the duo's wins have been in the No. 2 doubles spot.
Lu and Rodriguez remain unbeaten as a duo as well, as the two own a 7-0 record together this season, with six wins coming from the No. 3 doubles spot.
APPROACHING 40 WINS
As the team heads into the match, Young leads the team in overall wins with 38, while Rodriguez sits in second with 37 wins and Horton is in third with 35 wins.
Young has posted 40 wins in a single season twice in her career, with her career-high being 41 in her freshman year.
Rodriguez has a chance to be the first freshman since Lohaphaisan to win 40 matches during their freshman campaign. Lohaphaisan finished with 44 wins after the 2015-16 season.
If Horton reaches 40 wins this season, it would be the second time in her career that she would achieve the feat as she did so last season, winning 47 matches.
