HAMDEN, Connecticut – No. 10/10 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey plays host to Brown and Yale in a pair of ECAC Hockey matchups this weekend at High Point Solutions Arena in Hamden. The Bobcats take on Brown on Friday, Feb. 3, 2017 at 6 p.m., then square off with Yale on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017.
CONCUSSION AWARENESS
The Headway Foundation and ECAC Hockey have partnered to promote concussion awareness, and to challenge athletes to handle concussions properly. The "New Tough" campaign addresses the cultural stigma behind concussion symptom reporting by acknowledging that prompt removal from play is often the tougher decision to make during competition. ECAC Hockey student-athletes are encouraged to report symptoms, offer avenues for teammates to support each other and to encourage safer play
All twenty-four ECAC teams are wearing Headway stickers on their helmets as a symbol of this commitment.
LAST TIME OUT
