As a junior:
Appeared in 16 games making 15 starts... switched between forward and defense throughout the season and finished with two assists. Had a very important assist in a 1-0 victory over St. Peters on Sept. 7.
As a sophomore:
Made all 19 starts...ranked eighth in the NEC in assists per game... finished seventh in the conference and first on the team with six assists...added an assist in the 4-1 win over St. Peters on Aug. 27...assisted the first goal of the game in a 3-3 tie versus Fordham on Sept. 16...added another assist in a 5-2 win over Robert Morris on Oct. 21.
As a freshman:
Saw action in 18 games as a defender helping the team to qualify for the Northeast Conference Tournament.
Before Quinnipiac:
Played soccer for four years and lacrosse for a year at Northwest Catholic. Was named team captain of the soccer team for two straight years. Also was the team MVP for two years and was named to the All-Conference team.
Played premier soccer for CFC Arsenal helping the team to one USYSA Region I final. Also represented Connecticut ODP.
Personal:
Brittany Lockwood was born in Hartford, Conn. and she is the daughter of Ruth Mercier and Robert Lockwood. Her sister, Ashley, is an '06 Quinnipiac graduate and a four-year letterwinner for the women's soccer team.
