Dudeck joins the staff after 17 seasons as the head girls lacrosse coach at Longmeadow High School and also featured stints as an assistant on the Italian Women's National Team and a Director of US Elite Teams.
Dudeck's decorated 17 years at Longmeadow included a 338-52 overall record, with 17 sectional championships. He placed 81 of his former players in collegiate lacrosse, highlighted by 11 USL All-Americans and 7 USL All-Academic selections. He also coached Team Massachusetts at the Nike American Select, New England Regional Team for Under Armour and was a Coach for the Lower New England squad at the USL Women's National Tournament.
He also served as a USA Lacrosse Regional All-American and All-Academic Chair and was the U19 Women's Team Evaluator. His international duties also included stints with the Italian Women's National Team, coaching the Women's Lacrosse World Cup in London and the European Championships in Budapest.
