Senerchia joins the staff after spending last season as a graduate assistant coach with DIII Rutgers-Newark University. There she worked directly with the pitching staff and worked in all aspects of team operations from scheduling to social media.
Prior to her time at Rutgers-Newark, Senerchia interned with the Milwaukee Brewers in promotions, suites, and special events. There she gained experience working with team partners, executives, and players for suite and on-field experiences.
Senerchia attended Saint Peter's and played Softball for five years for the Peacocks, appearing in 94 games in the circle. She led Saint Peter's in ERA for three straight seasons and as a senior became the seventh player in Saint Peter's program history to reach 200 strikeouts.
Off the field, Senerchia served as the team's Student Athlete Advisory Committee member as well as actively managing the team's social media and organizing team apparel. She was also named Saint Peter's 2023 Female Athlete of the Year.
A native of nearby North Branford, Conn., Senerchia attended North Branford High School and was a highly decorated pitcher for the Thunderbirds. She was named 2018 Connecticut High School Softball Player of the Year as well numerous other accolades.
