Former Quinnipiac men’s soccer player, Brett Uttley begins his fsecond season as an assistant coach. Uttley played for the Bobcats from 2008-2011 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations in May of 2012. In the fall of 2012, he played a graduate year at the University of Rhode Island. Uttley went on to play one year of professional soccer in Sweden for Lidkopings FK.
In June of 2014, he founded TOG soccer and www.togsoccer.com, a one stop soccer site. Uttley coaches and trains high school, college, and professional players as well as providing technical and nutritional information. He is also the head coach for the Connecticut Football Club 14U and 17U premier teams and staff coach for UK Elite.
A resident of Rhode Island, Uttley graduated from North Kingstown High School where he excelled on the pitch. Uttley was named a 2006 and 2007 NSCAA/Adidas High School All-American as well as the Gatorade Rhode Island Soccer Player of the Year.
