AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2015:
- 2015 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Appeared in six events for the Bobcats
- Finished no worse than fourth on the team in all six of his appearances in 2015
- Placed second on the team in three of his six events, including the three championship meets (New England, MAAC and NCAA Northeast Regional)
- Took 36th place overall (fourth on the team) with a time of 25:28.7 at the Rider Invitational
- Crossed the line in 25:58 at the Paul Short Brown Run, earning 104th place (fourth on the team)
- Chipped in a 41st place finish overall (second on the team) at the New England Championships, clocking in at 25:30.8
- Placed 43rd overall, good enough for fourth on the team, at the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 15:45.3
- Finished in 16th place (second on the team) at the MAAC Championships with a time of 24:29.3
- Ended the year with a Top 100 result at the NCAA Northeast Regional, placing 95th overall (second on the team) with a time of 32:28.2
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2014:
- Tied for the team-lead with seven appearances for the Bobcats
- Was the team's strongest freshmen competitors and established himself as a threat in the region and the MAAC in his first season
- Finished no worse than fourth on the team in six-of-seven appearances
- Just missed a Top 10 result in his first career appearance at the Stony Brook Invitational (8/30) where he placed 11th (2nd on the team) with a time of 19:41.81
- Picked up a 15t place finish (2nd on the team) with a time of 27:08.7 at the Monmouth Invitational (9/20)
- Ran his most impressive performance of the season at the Paul Short Run (10/4) where he placed 22nd overall (2nd on the team) with a time of 25:32, leading the team to a program record 3rd place finish
- Finished the New England Championships (10/11) in 25:35.35 which was good enough for 78th place (3rd on the team)
- Crossed the line in 15:48.32 at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/24) to place him 51st overall (6th on the team)
- Put together a solid MAAC Championship (10/31) performance where he placed 27th overall (4th on the team) with a time of 26:23.96
- Wrapped up the season at the NCAA Regionals (11/14) where he placed 118th (4th on the team) with a time of 32:27.7
BEFORE QUINNIPIAC:
- Graduated from the Christian Brothers Academy in 2014 with letters in cross country and track and field for all fours years of high school
- Named All-Monmouth County in Cross Country in 2011 and 2012
- Achieved personal best times of 16:03 in the 5k and 13:16 in the 4k at Van Cortlandt Park
- Helped guide his team to the Cross Country State Championship, the 2012 Eastern States Team Championship, 2012 New Jersey Meet of Champions First Place and 2012 Northeast Regional Team Championship
- Competed for a prestigious program at Christian Brothers Academy that was undefeated in all four of his years in dual meets
- He also helped continue his high school’s national cross country dual meet win streak to 328 consecutive victories
- Posted several individual highlights in a variety of events in his track and field career
- Reda finished in 2nd place at the 2014 Shore Conference 1600m, 3rd place in the NP-A Sectional Championships with a 4:24 in the 1600m, 6th place in the Monmouth Country Outdoor Track Championships with a 9:22 in the 3200m and an 11th place at the Non-Public A State Championships with a 4:24 in the 1600m
- He finished his career with the 6th-fastest three mile time (14:56) in school history
- Also ran in the New Balance Outdoor Track Nationals Emerging Elite with a 9:52 in the two mile event
- Was an Honor Roll student at Christian Brothers Academy
