AS A JUNIOR IN 2015:
- 2015 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Appeared in all seven events for the Bobcats
- Placed a season-high third on the team in two events throughout 2015
- Started the year placing 21st overall (third on the team) at the Stony Brook Invitational with a time of 19:27.41
- Placed third on the team for a second straight meet at the Rider Invitational as he took 27th place overall with a time of 25:22.7
- Competed at the Paul Short Brown Run and placed 134th (sixth on the team) with a time of 26:15
- Crossed the line in 105th place (fifth on the team) at the New England Championships with a time of 26:05.3
- Placed 72nd (fifth on the team) at the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 16:07.1
- Was the sixth-fastest Bobcat at the MAAC Championships as he took 68th place overall with a time of 25:33.8
- Competed in the NCAA Northeast Regional where he placed 212th (sixth on the team) with a time of 34:36
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2014:

- Started the season with a 22nd place finish (5th on the team) at the Stony Brook Invitational (8/30) with a time of 20:08.03
- Placed 56th overall (6th on the team) at the Monmouth Invitational (9/20) with a time of 28:11.8
- Picked up a 192nd place finish (8th on the team) at the Paul Short Run (10/4), clocking in at 27:12
- Finished 51st overall (2nd on the team) at the New England Sub-Varsity Championships (10/11) with a time of 26:37.51
- Wrapped up the season placing 103rd at the MAAC Championships (10/31) with a time of 28:04.14
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2013:
- Appeared in seven meets for the Bobcats
- Posted a time of 20:25.40, good enough for 21st place overall, at the Stony Brook Invitational on Aug. 31
- Crossed the line in 28th place on Sept. 7 at the Bryant Invitational with a time of 16:40.8
- Ran the Paul Short Invitational on Sept. 21 in 28:25
- Finished the New England Championships in 27:14 on Oct. 12
- Landed in 78th place at the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 16:26.05
- Was the sixth-fastest Bobcat at the MAAC Championship on Nov. 1 with a time of 28:27.53
- Finished a season-best fourth-fastest on the team at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 34:43.1
BEFORE QUINNIPIAC:
- Attended Norwich Free Academy
- Was a three-sport star at Norwich as he helped guide his team to eight total Eastern Connecticut Conference championships
- Guided the team to three straight cross country (2009-11), indoor track (2010-12) and two straight outdoor track (2010-11) Eastern Conn. Conference championships
- Among his individual accolades he finished third overall at the 2013 New England Championship in 800 meters for track at 1:54.08 which earned him All-New England honors
- Won the 2013 Eastern Conn. Conference cross country individual championship
- Undefeated individually during 2012 cross country regular season
- 2013 Indoor Track Sprint Medley Relay state open champions
- School record holder in indoor track 600m and 800m
- Two-time All-Conference in cross country, three-time All-Conference in indoor track (once All-State) and four-time All-Conference in outdoor track (once All-New England)
- 4x400m relay Eastern Conn. Conference Championship meet record holder
- The New London Day Athlete of the Year for boys cross country in 2012
- The Norwich Bulletin Athlete of the Year for boys cross country in 2012

- Created his own YouTube Channel with videos of himself dancing as well as tutorials on how to dance which have accumulated a total of over 200,000 video views
