As a Junior in 2014:
Named to the MAAC First Team … Put together one of the greatest seasons in Quinnipiac women’s lacrosse history as she tallied 62 points on 44 goals and 18 assists while appearing in and starting all 15 games for the Bobcats … Her 62 points led the Bobcats by a considerable margin while her point total ranked 4th in the MAAC despite playing in two-three fewer games than the conference leaders … Ochwat landed 2nd in the MAAC in goals per game average (2.93), 4th in assists per game (1.20), 2nd in points per game (4.13) and 2nd in shots per game (5.60) … She also made a name for herself on the national scale as she ranked 15th in the nation in points per game, 21st in goals per game and 32nd in total goals … In terms of Quinnipiac’s program history, Ochwat’s 44 goals were the 4th-most in a single-season, 18 assists tied for the 12th-most and 62 points tied for the 5th-most ever at Quinnipiac …. Named Quinnipiac’s Most Outstanding Attack Player for the second consecutive season … Distinguished student-athlete with a MAAC All-Academic selection and IWLCA Academic Squad in 2014 … Will own a leadership role in 2014-15 as she was named an assistant captain … Ochwat enters her senior season ranked high on the all-time career lists at Quinnipiac as she is 4th in goals (117), 8th in assists (43) and 6th in points (160) as she currently stands on-pace to break both the goals and points record for the Bobcats … An ultra-durable performer through the years, Ochwat has appeared in and started 45 games out of 47 possible games over the last three seasons for the Bobcats … She rounded out her 2014 campaign with 15 ground balls, 12 caused turnovers and nine draw controls … Posted six games with at least six points in 2014 including three games in which she tallied seven points … Picked up four games with five goals and 10 hat tricks throughout the 2014 season … Ochwat finished the year with a hat trick in five straight games for Quinnipiac … Had a five-point (four goals, one assist) showing at Yale on March 7 … Tallied a new career high with seven points (five goals, two assists) to go along with two ground balls and three caused turnovers against Vermont on March 12 … Scored seven points (five goals, two assists) on March 23 at Binghamton … Really shined in MAAC play as she finished with the most goals (27), fifth-most assists (12) and second-most points (39) of any player in the MAAC’s eight-game slate … Ochwat scored at least three points in every conference game in 2014 starting with six points (four goals, two assists) and three caused turnovers against Manhattan on March 29 … Tallied four points (two goals, two assists) at Monmouth on April 2 … Netted five goals and added one assist against Iona on April 9 … Posted six points (three goals, three assists) in a double overtime battle against Marist on April 13 … Struck for three goals at Fairfield on April 16 … Registered four points (three goals, one assist) on April 19 at Siena … Finished the season with her best game of 2014 as she posted seven points (five goals, two assists) with a career high five ground balls, three caused turnovers and 11 shots.
As a Sophomore in 2013:
First Team All NEC. All Conference for the second straight year. Following a fantastic rookie season in which she nearly set the program record among freshmen in points and goals, Ochwat was even better this time around. Ochwat led the Bobcats in goals (41) and points per game (4.21) – two figures that topped the Northeast Conference as well. She posted five goals on three separate occasions and totaled six points against five different opponents. Ochwat has 98 points through two seasons, coming at the strength of 73 goals and 25 assists, and is on pace to challenge Allen's career point total.

Attended Farmingdale High School…Played tennis, lacrosse and basketball…She was a two-time N.Y. State Lacrosse Champion, a three-time Long Island Champion and a four-time Nassau County Champion…She was an all-conference and all-county lacrosse player and an all-county basketball player…Also played for the Long Island Wave club team.
