Renton Wins in Consolation Bracket at ITA All-American Championships

CARY, N.C. — Quinnipiac women's tennis sophomore Willow Renton earned a win in the consolation bracket of the 2025 ITA All-American Championships, earning a victory on the national stage for the Bobcat program.
After falling to the No. 3 overall seed in the main draw on Saturday, Renton bounced back on Sunday morning to defeat Richmond's Lara Bakhaya in straight sets, 6-4, 6-1.
Renton is the reigning 2025 MAAC Rookie and Player of the Year, helping the Bobcats to the conference title a season ago in dramatic fashion.
