Robinson Announces 2025 Volleyball Schedule

HAMDEN, Conn. — Kyle Robinson and the Bobcats will kick off their season on August 29th as they will compete in the Bradley Invitational in Peoria, Illinois, as announced on Tuesday, August 5th.
After opening their season against UT Arlington and Western Illinois on August 29th, the Bobcats will close out their first tournament of the season against the hosts, Bradley University, on August 30th.
Quinnipiac's non-conference slate continues at the Towson Invitational, where the Bobcats go up against Morgan State (Sept. 5), Towson (Sept. 5), and Stonehill (Sept. 6). The next week, the Bobcats will travel to Charleston, South Carolina, to compete in the three-day College of Charleston Invitational. Quinnipiac will match up with Stetson (Sept. 12), the College of Charleston (Sept. 13), and Youngstown State (Sept. 14).
QU will wrap up their non-conference slate at the Cherry and White Invitational hosted by Temple University (Sept. 19-21). The Bobcats will open play in Philadelphia, PA, against Dartmouth College. After battling the hosts on September 20, QU will play Presbyterian in their non-conference finale on September 21.
Head Coach Kyle Robinson and his squad will begin their MAAC slate on the road at Sacred Heart on September 26th. Following their match with the Pioneers, QU will take on Fairfield (Sept. 27) and Merrimack (Sept. 30) before heading back to Hamden.
The Bobcats will welcome Canisius (Oct. 3) and Niagara (Oct. 4) to Burt Kahn Court for their first two home matches of the season.
After their home weekend with the Western New York schools, Quinnipiac will head back on the road for four straight matches. The Bobcats will start their road trip at Rider (Oct. 10) before heading to Saint Peter's on October 11. The following weekend, QU will head to New York to take on Siena (Oct. 17) and Marist (Oct. 18) to close out their four-game road trip.
Robinson's squad will then return home for a season-long homestand of seven straight contests. On October 24th, the Bobcats will welcome in-state rival Fairfield to Burt Kahn Court to kick off the homestand. QU will remain home to take on Sacred Heart (Oct. 25), Merrimack (Oct. 29), Iona (Oct. 31), Manhattan (Nov. 1), Saint Peter's (Nov. 7), before closing out their home schedule against Rider (Nov. 8).
The following weekend, the regular season slate ends as the Bobcats head to Western New York to take on Niagara (Nov. 14) and Canisius (Nov. 15).
QU finished last season with a 19-13 overall record and a 15-3 record in the conference. The 15 MAAC wins were the most conference victories in program history, besting the 14 wins from the season prior.
Quinnipiac earned the number two seed in the MAAC Tournament, where they defeated Rider in the semifinals, three sets to one, before falling to Fairfield in the MAAC Championship game.
