Da Costa Reveals Fall Men's Soccer Slate

HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac men's soccer is coming back to the pitch in just over a month, with Eric Da Costa announcing the Bobcats' 15-game schedule this afternoon.

The 15-game schedule features seven home games at Quinnipiac Soccer and Lacrosse Stadium. QU's home opener is against LIU on Sept. 16 after starting out on the road for four games. They will then open their MAAC schedule on Sept. 20 against Marist.
The Bobcats open the season at Pitt on Aug. 21, who finished the 2024 season ranked seventh in the United Soccer Coaches poll. They then continue on the road in August, facing UMass on Aug. 28.
QU will then begin September on the road at Stony Brook (Sept. 2) before finishing their early season travel at Yale on Sept. 6. The Bobcats come to back Hamden for their home-opener against LIU on Sept. 16 to finish the nonconference schedule.
Quinnipiac's MAAC schedule begins on Sept. 20, traveling to face Marist before returning home for two games, hosting Saint Peter's on Sept. 27 and Sacred Heart to begin October (Oct.1).
The Bobcats will head back on the to face Canisius on Oct. 11, before hosting Manhattan on Oct. 15 in Hamden. The following weekend they will travel to Mount St. Mary's on Oct. 18 and then return home a week later to host Siena on Oct. 25.
QU will finish their season on the road for two of their final three games, first taking the short trip to Fairfield on Oct. 29 before returning home for the final home game on Nov. 1 against Niagara. The regular season will conclude on the road at Merrimack on Nov. 5.
Da Costa returns 18 players from a season ago, where they went 7-9-1 and 4-4 in MAAC play to make the postseason. They fell to fifth seeded-Marist 2-1 in the MAAC Quarterfinals.
