Bobcats Split Second Day of Space U Invitational

In game one, the Bobcats jumped on the Lions quickly, scoring three runs in the first inning and building upon that. Natalia Apatiga broke the game open with a two-run double in the second inning to make it 5-0. QU added three more in the third inning, before a six-run outburst in the fourth inning capped off by a Sofia Vega two-run double. Jaclyn Gonzalez had a big day on the mound, only allowing three hits and one earned run.
In game two against Pitt, neither team could muster much offense. The Panthers scored the lone run of the game on a solo home run in the second inning, their only hit of the game. Four different Bobcats had hits but it wouldn't be enough to score.
